Everything you need to know before your visit

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For HOCATT sessions, you'll change into a provided robe. Avoid heavy lotions or perfumes before your appointment.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

Treatment times vary by service. HOCATT sessions are typically 30 minutes, while colon hydrotherapy sessions are 45-60 minutes. We recommend allowing extra time for changing and consultation, especially for first-time visitors.

Our services are typically not covered by insurance. However, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and offer membership packages for regular clients. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted for certain treatments.
